Insurances accepted (in-network) for residents of Oregon:

• Moda
• PacificSource (commercial plans only; at this time I do not accept OHP)
• Providence
• Regence BlueCrossBlueShield
• United Healthcare

Note: the above insurances are accepted for clients located in Oregon.

For those located in New York, I do not accept insurance; payment must be made via self-pay.

As I am licensed only in the states of Oregon and New York, I am not able to work with prospective clients located outside of these states.

Session Fees (out-of-network/self-pay):

• Initial Psychological Assessment (Intake): $290
• 50-60 minute Psychotherapy Session: $225
